These terms and conditions govern and shall be applicable to the benefits and privileges awarded and/or offered
by AirAsia Berhad (“AirAsia”) and/or via the Big Loyalty Program operated by AirAsia’s affiliate
program partner, Big Loyalty Sdn Bhd (“Big Loyalty”) in respect of the AirAsia Credit Card issued
and powered by
RCBC Bank in collaboration with AirAsia.
“Cardholder”, “you” or, “your” refers to you, the individual who has personally applied for and has been issued
the AirAsia Credit Card by RCBC Bank.
A. AirAsia benefits and privileges
Introductory Free WiFi
One time use only and strictly subject to availability and for a limited period only
Only accessible by the Cardholder after activation of the AirAsia Credit Card (upon linkage of
Cardholder’s AirAsia Credit Card to his/her BIG Loyalty membership account)
The ROKKI 2MB Chats Plan is available on selected AirAsia AK flights ONLY which are WiFi enabled and can
be used for WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Kakao Talk & Viber apps only

Important: Not all AirAsia planes are wi-fi enabled and hence this benefit may not be available on all
Priority Check-in, Priority Boarding and Priority Baggage*
Upon displaying the AirAsia Credit Card to AirAsia staff at the AirAsia check in counter, the Cardholder
will be entitled to:
Access to the priority check-in/baggage-drop counter where available
Priority baggage unloading (on baggage tag)
Upon displaying the AirAsia Credit Card to AirAsia staff at the boarding gate, the Cardholder can access
Priority Boarding (zone 1) regardless of his/her zone.
Priority Check-in is subject to availability and only available at limited selected airports.
Priority Boarding (access to zone 1 boarding) may be granted for every flight regardless of the
Priority Check-in will be available only at selected airports where AirAsia priority check-in
counters are available. As present date, the list of airports where Priority Check-in is available is as
per Table 1 below but is subject to change by AirAsia from time
to time and at any time especially if
priority counters open in new destinations or if existing ones close.

not be available immediately when Cardholders apply for and/or receive their AirAsia Credit Card(s) and is
subject to AirAsia’s confirmation of when these benefits will be made available to Cardholders.
B. Freedom Flyer Platinum Status under the BIG Loyalty Program
AirAsia Credit Cardholders automatically qualify for the Freedom Flyer Platinum status under the BIG Loyalty
Program (operated by AirAsia’s subsidiary and program partner, Big Loyalty) for the 1st year only.
To maintain your Freedom Flyer Platinum status for the 2nd year onwards, Cardholders must:
(a) reach the minimum spend requirement per year of:
PHP 200,000 annual spend by Cardholders on non-AirAsia goods and services; or
At least PHP 5,000 spend by Cardholders on AirAsia goods and service;
(b) achieve the required qualifying flown sectors pursuant to the BIG Loyalty Program membership terms and
conditions i.e. having flown twenty four (24) to forty nine (49) qualifying flow sectors with AirAsia and/or
its affiliates within the preceding twelve (12) months.
The benefits above shall apply unless new AirAsia co-brand credit cards are launched and have a different
customer value proposition as determined by AirAsia and RCBC Bank.
The Cardholder’s membership status under the BIG Loyalty Program shall be reviewed for re-qualification for
Platinum status under the Frequent Flyer membership tiers based on the anniversary month pursuant to the date of
issuance of the AirAsia Credit Card to the Cardholder.
C. BIG Points Based Rewards

* The spend and earning ratio is subject to change by AirAsia and RCBC Bank from time to
time at any time
In order to earn AirAsia BIG Points (under the BIG Loyalty Program) for your AirAsia Credit Card spend,
Cardholders must first be BIG Members under the BIG Loyalty Program and have a valid BIG Loyalty membership
account. You may register for the BIG Loyalty Program at www.airasiabig.com or download the
AirAsia BIG Loyalty
mobile app to create your BIG Loyalty account and link it to your AirAsia Credit Card through a card activation
SMS that will be sent to you by RCBC Bank. If you are an existing BIG Member, you just need to register your
AirAsia Credit Card with your Big Loyalty Membership account via the SMS sent by RCBC Bank.
All retail purchases of principal and supplementary Cardholders will earn AirAsia BIG Points for spend
transactions on your AirAsia Credit Card. Cash advances, cash loans/’YourCash’, balance transfer, balance
conversion, Unli0% and Unli installment transactions will NOT be entitled to AirAsia BIG Points
Cardholders will NOT earn AirAsia BIG Points for such transactions. For installment purchases,
Points will be awarded when the monthly amortization is posted.
The issuance of AirAsia BIG Points to the Cardholder’s Big Loyalty Membership account for spend transactions
on the AirAsia Credit Card (including the management of the Cardholder’s BIG Member ID and management of the
Cardholder’s Big Loyalty Membership account) is operated by AirAsia’s subsidiary and loyalty program partner,
Big Loyalty and is subject to the terms and conditions of the BIG Loyalty Program, including any additional
terms and conditional that may be imposed by Big Loyalty from time to time. The Big Loyalty membership terms and
conditions are available on www.airasiabig.com or on the AirAsia BIG Loyalty mobile app.
AirAsia BIG Points will remain valid for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of the last activity
and will automatically expire at the end of the thirty-sixth (36th) consecutive month for which the BIG Member
has not earned or redeemed any points.
AirAsia BIG Points earned from spend by the Cardholder on his/her AirAsia Credit Card will be transferred by
RCBC Bank to Big Loyalty for crediting to the Cardholder’s BIG Loyalty Membership account every billing cycle.
To check your accumulated number of AirAsia BIG Points, you can log on to www.airasiabig.com or
view it on the
AirAsia BIG Loyalty mobile app.
To redeem your AirAsia BIG Points for AirAsia flights, you must log on to your BIG Loyalty Membership account
at www.airasiabig.com or redeem via the AirAsia BIG Loyalty mobile app. The redemption of
AirAsia BIG Points is
subject to the redemption rules as determined by Big Loyalty in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
BIG Loyalty Program.
All AirAsia BIG Points earned for the billing cycle will be automatically forfeited by RCBC Bank if the
Cardholder’s AirAsia Credit Card is cancelled or becomes past due. AirAsia BIG Points earned in respect of any
reversed, disputed or void transactions will be deducted by RCBC Bank from your AirAsia BIG Points in the
succeeding months’ earnings before the same is transferred by RCBC Bank to Big Loyalty for crediting to your Big
Loyalty Membership account. Cardholders whose AirAsia Credit Cards are blocked, suspended and/or cancelled or
suspected for fraudulent or suspicious activities will not be eligible for AirAsia BIG Points and if already
awarded, RCBC Bank reserves the right to forfeit such points.
AirAsia BIG Points are not transferable to any other card issued by RCBC Bank. You cannot combine your AirAsia
BIG Points earned on your AirAsia Credit Card with the points earned on your other RCBC Bankard credit cards.
AirAsia BIG Points cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed as rebate or credit to your AirAsia Credit Card.
AirAsia and Big Loyalty shall bear no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damage, loss (including
but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or
suffered by the Cardholders in connection with or arising from the consumption or acquisition of a product or
service acquired through the Big Loyalty Program or in respect of the earning of AirAsia BIG Points.
D. General Terms and Conditions
The Priority Check-in, Priority Boarding and Priority Baggage benefits will not be available immediately when
Cardholders apply for and/or receive their AirAsia Credit Card(s) and is subject to AirAsia’s confirmation of
when these benefits will be made available to Cardholders. Accordingly, AirAsia disclaims all liability in
respect of any disputes or claims including any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and
consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Cardholders in connection
with the unavailability of the same.
By activating or using the AirAsia Credit Card, Cardholders are deemed to agree to be bound by and subjected
to the AirAsia Privileges and Benefits Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions stipulated
by AirAsia (including the terms and conditions stipulated by Big Loyalty in respect of the Big Loyalty Program)
from time to time. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions
or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the AirAsia Privileges and
Benefits. AirAsia reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or incorporate any additions to these Terms and
Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to Cardholders.
AirAsia reserves the right to vary, revise, amend, impose, substitute, add and/or change any of the Terms and
Conditions applicable to the AirAsia Privileges and Benefits without prior notice to Cardholders. The revised
and/or new Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon the same being posted on www.airasiacards.com
(“Website”). AirAsia may issue a notice to Cardholders concerning any new or revised terms and
shall it shall not be mandatory for AirAsia to issue such notices and the same shall be at AirAsia’s sole
discretion. Accordingly, notwithstanding the above, advance and prior notice of any changes to the Terms and
Conditions applicable to the AirAsia Privileges and Benefits may not be given especially of it is deemed
necessary to make any such change immediately. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be on the
Website. We advise you to check the Terms and Conditions regularly whenever you visit the Website to ensure that
you have seen it and are aware of our latest or updated terms and conditions in relation to the AirAsia
Privileges and Benefits.
The retention or use of your AirAsia Credit Card after the effective date of any variation, amendment,
revision, substitution or change to the AirAsia Privileges and Benefits Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to
constitute your acceptance of such variation, revision or change without reservation by you. If you do not
accept the proposed variation, amendment, revision, substitution or change, you are entitled to terminate the
use of your AirAsia Credit Card by contacting RCBC Bank, and the provisions relating to termination in
accordance with RCBC Bank’s terms and conditions shall apply.
Notwithstanding the above, AirAsia reserves its absolute right to suspend, withdraw, cancel or terminate the
AirAsia Privileges and Benefits (in whole or in part or any feature or benefit in relation thereto) without
reason and/or any prior notice to the Cardholders. For the avoidance of doubt, withdrawal, cancellation,
termination or suspension of the AirAsia Privileges and Benefits by AirAsia shall not entitle the Cardholders to
any claim against or compensation from AirAsia or RCBC Bank for any losses, damages, costs or expenses suffered
or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
The AirAsia Privileges and Benefits stated herein may not applicable with any other on-going AirAsia offers,
privileges, benefits, campaigns or promotions offered and/or operated solely by AirAsia or in conjunction with
any of its partners, including other co-brand partners.
All flight bookings made on AirAsia’s website, www.airasia.com
shall be subject to AirAsia’s additional terms
and conditions as stated therein including AirAsia’s terms and conditions of carriage.
The decisions of AirAsia, RCBC Bank and/or Big Loyalty in relation to every aspect of the AirAsia Privileges
and Benefits shall be deemed final and conclusive under all circumstance and no complaint or dissatisfaction
from any Cardholders will be entertained. AirAsia’s (or RCBC Bank and/or Big Loyalty’s, where applicable)
decisions in relation to all aspects of the AirAsia Privileges and Benefits is final, binding and conclusive
under all circumstances.
AirAsia and Big Loyalty shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to
direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the
Cardholders in connection with AirAsia Privileges and Benefits.
Any rewards, special offers, waivers, benefits or privileges offered or awarded by RCBC Bank to Cardholders in
respect of the AirAsia Credit Card (including but not limited to the Welcome Gift, waiver of annual fees, award
of BIG Points by RCBC Bank and so on) are strictly subject to RCBC Bank’s Terms and Conditions and any other
applicable terms and conditions that may be applicable from time to time. AirAsia and Big Loyalty assumes no
responsibility and disclaims all liability in respect of such rewards, special offers, waivers, benefits or
privileges offered or awarded by RCBC Bank to Cardholders, and shall not be responsible or liable for any
damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or
disappointment incurred or suffered by the Cardholders in connection with the same.
In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any
other languages of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
